The author will take full responsibility for what is submitted and subsequently printed in the on-line newspaper Write Your Own Stories.com. Write Your Own Stories is not responsible for the contents in any articles printed. The author of each article printed stands behind their own article and has the first amendment right to expect their article to be published. The articles printed in Write Your Own Stories do not necessarily express the opinion of the on-line newspaper and its staff. All articles submitted will be printed with the exception of racist articles, articles containing obscenity and articles containing sexual and pornographic content. The author must sign his or her name to the article. The author is responsible for the content of the article and the content will not be verified by Write Your Own Stories except for the three exceptions already noted nor will Write Your Own Stories be held liable for the content of any article printed. Each author is to be held liable for their own writings. While Write Your Own Stories does not contact the opposite side of an article for their opinion, the other side of an article is always welcomed to present their side and it will be printed as well. Articles are received, reviewed and printed from a first-amendment point of view. Anyone seeking to limit, stop or threaten any staff member of Write Your Own Stories in regard to an article being printed may be opening themselves up for subsequent legal action.
