Texas, The newly created Texas based National Homeowners Advocate Group, LLC announces homeowner advocates in Arizona are asking homeowners in Texas, California, Florida and states across the country to join them in boycotting any type of organization supported or owned by CAI (Community Association Institute) attorneys such as service providers, management companies, lawn care companies, swimming pool service companies, etc. Also Arizona advocates insist that before you buy into a master-planned community in which there is CAI activity, beware! As homeowners, unfortunately, we are already too familiar with this group of attorneys who are behind every ill-fated, sensational homeowner association foreclosure that occurs in our communities. Remember the little old lady Wenonah Blevins? Do you recall the various flag-pole lawsuits? Need I say more? Thanks to CAI attorneys, we get very little justice in the courtroom and if we do get it, we won it at a high price. So homeowners across the country, let us join our fellow Arizona homeowner and find out, before you form a contract with a service provider or move into that master-planned community, if you are supporting a CAI attorney; and if you are, choose another service provider or move to another community with heart and concern about you as a homeowner and without a CAI attorney.

It was reported in our first issue, July 4, 2006, that the call for a boycott of CAI attorneys was generated by advocates in Arizona. That was incorrect. The call to boycott was generated from California. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone.
