I just finished reading the heart breaking story of Carol Arnhart-Henson and her struggle with her HOA and their attorneys. I am so sad. All I can do is pray for her - but pray I will. God is more powerful that any HOA and any group of attornys. One thing I have learned and that I truly believe is this: "There is nothing that man does that can't be undone! And there is nothing that God does that man can undo!"
 
Please tell Carol to wtite to her Senators and her Congressmen. I have done so and have received help from them on several occasions. It is worth a try.
 
Second, is the HOA Carol is dealing with organized according to Chapter 204 of the Texas Property Code? If it isn't, it can not access any fees legally. In my case the HOA was not organized lawfully and they ultimately had to admit as much in court. My HOA has just about gone bankrupt. They have stopped harrassing the property owners out here. They owe their attorney a great sum and can not pay it. Thing
