I've long held the same opinion, and identified the HOA infliction as a Disease spreading parasite in Y2K - during a two year Litigation ride courtesy of Senator Carona's henchmen.

The Richard Glassel response is just the most extreme we've seen (so far). I predict a much more devastating chapter in human self-defense is on the horizon, and the act of intentional infliction of emotional distress will be found out, and a verdict of "justifiable homocide" will set the tone for how things ought to be in America.

These regimes practice deliberate circumvention of our constitution, and this must stop dead in its tracks.  Americans not yet trapped in a mean-spirited HOA might think they live in the "land of the free and home of the brave" - but when the dastardly deed restrictions are used to inflict emotional distress, we fall victim to a tyranny unlike any we've seen in our lifetime.  The rule of perpetuities must be restored, and all of these contracts must be dissolved and reform
